Travis Kelce tells post office to stop delivering his mail

By | Published | No Comments

When you’re a big time sports athlete like Travis Kelce keeping some semblance of normalcy and privacy can be difficult. When you’re dating pop star icon Taylor Swift, it’s just about impossible.

Recently Kelce revealed on his “New Heights” podcast that he had to tell the post office to stop delivering his mail after his home address was posted online.

“The one thing you don’t realize, that when somebody posts your house online, that everybody now has your address and people just send stuff to your house,” Kelce said.

“So I literally stopped getting mail to my house. I had to stop. I had to literally tell the post office and everybody to, like, stop bringing stuff to my house.”

Such is life for celebrities. People love to send them things in the mail and it’s not just friendly care packages like cookies, or a nice letter from a child saying that you are there hero. The thing is many fans are looking to make a quick buck by sending things through the mail to celebs like Kelce and Swift.

The hope is that the celeb will endorse whatever you send them and that will in turn lead to a bountiful of riches for the person on the other end.

Unfortunately it ends up just being a real headache for the celeb.

Kelce went on to add the following, “Anything sent to my house, send right back to the sender. So anybody that’s just sending random shit to my house, uh, it’s not getting to me.”

So the message here, don’t send anything to Kelce through the mail, because he is just going to end up sending it right back.
