The 2024 Pro Bowl rosters have been set, and not too surprisingly some fans are going to be ecstatic, while others are going to be angry that their favorite player(s) were snubbed.
If you’re a 49ers fan or a Ravens fan, you can rejoice as your teams are going to be well represented. Then again maybe not. I mean if San Francisco and Baltimore are playing in the Super Bowl, then none of them will be anywhere near the Pro Bowl.
Still though, it was impressive that these top teams in each of their respective conferences are sending a combined total of 16 players to the NFL’s all star game.
Brock Purdy, the leading vote getter in the NFC, will join his fellow teammates Nick Bosa, Javon Hargrove. Kyle Juszczyk, George Kittle, Christian McCaffrey, Fred Warner, Charvarius Ward and Trent Williams. If you were counting that’s a total of nine Pro Bowl bound players for the 49ers.
That’s a lot.
The Ravens are no slouches though. They had the second most players to earn Pro Bowl honors, with seven total players. The Ravens all stars include, Lamar Jackson, Kyle Hamilton, Tyler Linderbaum, Justin Madubuike, Roquan Smith, Justin Tucker and Patrick Queen. Again for those who weren’t counting, that’s seven for the Ravens.
The Miami Dolphins were next on the list of the well represented.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was the leading vote getter in the AFC, and he will be joined by his fellow teammates, Alec Ingold, Raheem Mostert, Jalen Ramsey, Tyreek Hill and Terron Armstead.

Of course there were snubs. Oh yes, there were snubs. I am sure much will be written on that subject in the coming days.
For those who care, the Pro Bowl will take place on February 4th at Camping World Stadium in Orlando Florida.
